WordPerfect X5 fails me when I want to merge a document.  The instructions tell me to click on things on the Merge Toolbar, but no Merge Toolbar comes up.  Is something wrong in the application, or is something wrong between myb ears?  HELP PLEASE.

I am brand new to this site - I was trying to contact Corel about a problem:

My Wordpeerfect 10 told me I had lost a back up file and to go to tools > settings, so I went there with no success.  My  wp will not send anything to my printer.  I need help.  Doug.
