Backing up Settings in WordPerfect X4

Hello,

Is there a way to backup all settings setup by a user in their user profile for WordPerfect X4 and restore say on  a new computer? Such as quickwords, macros, etc. settings.  I have a user who would like to keep her customized settings (mainly quickwords and macros), but I don't know if there's a simple solution to backing up all WordPerfect X4 settings and restoring them onto a new computer/clean install of WordPerfect X4.
