Within a few days of installing the File and Edit columns have disappeared from my menu. Clicking on the Customize - Main Menu - Reset to Default cause the program to immediately stop. I can always re-install but was hoping for a fix.

I suppose what I could try is to load once again the .doc file I created in that roundabout waym WP will convert it to a wpd, and I could save it with a new name. I have a document that uses several wordperfect features. I cannot saveas any word doc file. If I have a simple text only document I can saveas word2007. Just upgraded from WPversion 12 and the same file that crashes now could be saved as a word doc. Upgraded X5 for all support packs. Still crashing...
