    Heather, I appreciate your response. In fact, my WP options were set as you suggest, i.e. "Use enhanced file dialog". and that did not prevent the problems I had. Now, admittedly I installed SP1, SP2, and the hotfix all at the same time, so I am not able to identify which patch caused the problem...

  • x5 compatible with wordperfect 8?

    I have most of my documents created on word perfect 8. I resisted upgrading because it always worked for me. Now it will not open under windows 7. Anyone know if I will be able to use those old wp8 documents in the x5 version? Will I be able to use my merge documents and data? Thanks for any advice.

  • wordperfect x-4 won't launch

    I had to do a clean install of winxp. Everything works fine except wordperfect. It just won't launch. Quatropro is okay as well as presentations. both launch fine. With Wordperfect though I get the windows message window to send in an error report . That wordperfect x4 has encountered a problem....

  • WordPerfect as WEBDAV client?

    We are about to evaluate Novell Vibe onPrem for a client. onPrem uses WEBDAV to allow users to open files from a remote location and save it back as though the file were local. I searched the entire Corel site for the word Webdav and got no results! Is anyone using WP as a Webdav client? TIA, Dan
