I'm not sure how to reach you but have been told to rely on this blog as the only tech support for WordPerfect Office Lightning. I have a huge problem that I hope you can help with.

I installed Lightning as part of X4. My Vista Business computer had a melt down requiring reinstallation of the operating system. Data was supposedly preserved but all programs were wiped out and have to be reinstalled.

I had some notes in Lightning that had some irreplaceable information and I don't know how to locate them as I always simply left them automatically stored in the Lightning Navigator.

I don't know where to locate the data on my hard drive and I don't want to risk overwriting anything on reinstallation of the program.

Can you help?
