I need help from a Corel professional to uninstall remnants of WordPerfect x8 Student edition so that I can install x8 Professional. Thank you.

I've tried many uninstall options.  None has worked.   If someone from Corel reads this post and can help, please contact me at (912) 764-7388.  Thank you.
